My daughter has an upcoming wedding and convinced me to join a Pilate's
class with her to get fit before the big event. I had great reservations about attending because in the past I had never
been faithful about going to any type exercise class and I have tried them all. Kelly Milton has made my classes challenging,
but geared to my abilities. I have recommended her classes to all of my friends because I am a true believer in
the great benefits. No matter what age or ability level you are I highly recommend Kelly, she is the absolute BEST.

Pilates has really helped me become more attuned with
